Neuro - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Neuro application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Neuro is a mobile cognitive training application that allows you to:

• Play short training games for memory, attention, speed, mental math, and logic
• Track local scores, streaks, progress, and training history
• Receive personalized training recommendations based on local session activity
• Configure daily goals, session length, reminders, sound effects, and haptics
• Export or clear local training history
• Use optional rewarded ads for revive flows when available

Platform: Android Requirements: Android 7.0 (API level 24) or higher

3. Not Medical Advice

Neuro is designed for general cognitive training and self-improvement. The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, diagnostic, or therapeutic advice.

You should not use Neuro to diagnose, treat, prevent, or monitor any medical or cognitive condition. If you have health concerns, consult a qualified professional.

4. License and Permitted Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where allowed by law
• Attempt to bypass ads, scoring, progression, or other app behavior
• Use the App in violation of applicable law
• Interfere with the operation or security of the App or related services
• Copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the App except where permitted by law

5. Local Data and User Responsibility

Neuro stores training history and settings locally on your device. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining access to your device
• Managing Android backup, restore, and device-transfer settings
• Exporting any training summary you want to keep outside the App
• Understanding that clearing app storage or uninstalling the App may delete local data

The in-app clear history action permanently removes local scores, streaks, progress, and session history from the device.

6. Ads and Rewarded Revive Flows

Neuro may show rewarded ads through Google Mobile Ads. Rewarded ads are optional and may be used to receive an in-game revive or similar benefit.

Ad availability is not guaranteed. If ads fail to load or display, the App may continue without showing an ad depending on current app behavior.

7. Notifications

If you enable daily reminders, Neuro may send local training reminder notifications. You can disable reminders in the App settings or through Android system notification settings.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Neuro to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or overload the App or third-party services
• Misrepresent the App's scores, training profile, or progress as medical or clinical results
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, branding, training game implementation, and related content, is owned by Binod Swain or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain rights, if any, in information you independently create or choose to export from the App.

Your use of the App is also governed by the Neuro Privacy Policy:

11. Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the App, ads, reminders, scoring, or progress features will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

12. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee:

• Any specific cognitive, educational, health, or performance outcome
• That scores or recommendations will be accurate for every user
• That local data, backups, exports, notifications, or ad flows will always work without interruption

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.

14. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it or discontinuing use.

We may suspend or terminate access to features if you violate these Terms or if operation of the App requires it.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
